Fight For Your Dream In 2011!

I was reading  one of my favorite authors John Maxwell and couldn't help but share this next couple of pages. 2011 is and already has been an exciting year! Could you believe it's February? Wow! January went by fast! Are you on track with your dreams:

As John Maxwell puts it:

What dreams do you have for 2011? Or maybe a better question is, do you have dreams for 2011? For some people, dreaming is easy. Your mind is full of dreams just waiting to be expressed. But what about those who find it hard to dream? What if you’re not sure if you have a dream you want to pursue?

Let’s face it: Many of us were not encouraged to dream. Others had dreams, only to see them actively discouraged. The world is filled with dream crushers and idea killers. Why? Some people without dreams of their own hate to see others pursuing theirs. Other people’s passion and success makes them feel inadequate or insecure. Others think they’re being helpful: keeping us from risk or hurt.
Business professors Gary Hamel and C. K. Prahalad wrote about an experiment conducted with a group of monkeys. Four monkeys were placed in a room that had a tall pole in the center. Suspended from the top of that pole was a bunch of bananas.

One of the hungry monkeys started climbing the pole to get something to eat, but just as he reached out to grab a banana, he was doused with a torrent of cold water. Squealing, he scampered down the pole and abandoned his attempt to feed himself. Each monkey made a similar attempt, and each one was drenched with cold water. After making several attempts, they finally gave up.

Then researchers removed one of the monkeys from the room and replaced him with a new monkey. As the newcomer began to climb the pole, the other three grabbed him and pulled him down to the ground. After trying to climb the pole several times and being dragged down by the others, he finally gave up and never attempted to climb the pole again.

The researchers replaced the original monkeys, one by one, with new ones, and each time a new monkey was brought in, he would be dragged down by the others before he could reach the bananas. In time, only monkeys who had never received a cold shower were in the room, but none of them would climb the pole. They prevented one another from climbing, but none of them knew why.
Perhaps others have dragged you down in life. They’ve discouraged you from dreaming. Maybe they resented the fact that you wanted to move up or to do something significant with your life. Or maybe they were trying to protect you from pain or disappointment. Either way, you’ve been discouraged from dreaming.

Take heart. It’s never too late to start dreaming and pursuing your dreams. My friend Dale Turner asserts, “Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.”
If you haven’t done any dreaming yet this year, set aside some time to explore possibilities and commit yourself to new opportunities. It’s never too late to dream.

Living or Surviving!

Jack Landon once said "The proper function of man is to live - not to exist"

Many times through life we go on automatic. We go through similar motions each day as it passes like the one before it.

Soon you realize that you've reached an older age and look back and notice that this year was similar to last year and that you could have gone through another year without having done anything, without having really lived life.

You see it wouldn't be okay if you want to truly live life, to really experience it, to enjoy it to the fullest, instead of barely scraping by  and only living a life of existence, then you need to find ways to break free from the mold and drink from the fruits life can bear.

Here are a few ways to live life to the fullest:

1) Take chances - We often live our lives too cautiously, worried about what might go wrong or what someone might think. Be bold and risk it all. Do something you've never done before or go up to that girl you've liked for a long time and ask her out. What do you have to lose?

2) Follow excitement. Try to find the things in life that excite you, and then go after them. Make life one exciting adventure after another. What stirs your blood? Do you have that white hot burning desire that when you think about it...excites you?

3) Turn off the TV. How many hours will we waste away in front of the television? How many hours do we have to live? Do the math, then unplug the TV. Only plug it back in when you have a DVD of a movie you love. Otherwise, keep it off and find other stuff to do. If you are having financial problems and you have the TV. Consider that the TV is probably keeping you broke.

4) Travel - Sure you want to travel some day. When you have a vacation time, or when you're older. Well, what are you waiting for? Find a way to take a trip, if not this month, then sometime soon. You may need to sell something or stop your cable bill and stop eating out to do it, but make it happen. You are too young to not see the world. If need be, find a way to make a living by grasping onto an opportunity. You can find ways to make a living from a home-based business and work an hour or two a day. Don't check email but once a week. Then use the rest of the time to see the world.

5) Exercise. Get off the couch and go for a walk. Eventually try running. Or do some push ups and crunches. Or swim or bike or row. Or go for a hike. Whatever you do, get active, and you'll love it. And life will be more alive.

6) Be positive. Learn to recognize the negative thoughts you have. These are the self-doubts, the criticisms of others, the complaints, the reasons you can’t do something. Then stop yourself when you have these thoughts, and replace them with positive thoughts. Solutions. You can do this!

7) Face your fears. What are you most afraid of? What is holding you back? Whatever it is, recognize it, and face it. Do what you are most afraid of. Afraid of heights? Go to the tallest building, and look down over the edge. Only by facing our fears can we be free of them. Courage is facing the fear and doing it anyways.

8) Stop watching the news. It’s depressing and useless. If you’re a news junky, this may be difficult. I haven’t watch TV news or read a newspaper regularly in about 10 years. It hasn’t hurt me a bit. Anything important, people tell me about them anyway.

9) Be in the moment. Instead of thinking about things you need to do, or things that have happened to you, or worrying or planning or regretting, think about what you are doing, right now. What is around you? What smells and sounds and sights and feelings are you experiencing? Learn to do this as much as possible through meditation, but also through bringing your focus back to the present as much as you can in everything you do.

I hear in an inspirational movie once The Shawshank Redemption "Get busy living, or get busy trying." Life is a constant flow and growth. If you find yourself complacent and comfortable, then you are no longer growing and expanding your life.

W. L. Bateman said "If you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always gotten"

The Perfect Storm - The Zrii Opportunity

Once in a while the starts align and comes an alignment of forces. In network marketing, a few factors have to come together in order to create the perfect opportunity. The Zrii opportunity entails those characteristics.

1) Leadership

World renowned business icon Bill Farley a recipient of the Horatio Alger Award for entrepreneurial  excellence. A builder of billion dollar global brands. Brands such as, Fruit of the Loom, Christian Dior, BVD, Jordache Jeans, Luchese Boots. Bill has owned everything from wineries to railroads. He is the who's who of business. he's friends with presidents, they've been to his house and he threw down the gauntlet and said that Zrii is going to be his 7th billion dollar Brand.

2) Endorsement

I was on the golf course with Bill Farley and when we were riding the cart down one of the beautiful fairways of Torrey Pines South. I asked Bill, "why did you chose network marketing? He simply said that over my career, the people that I have been able to help in a drastic way are my CEO's and stockholders, Network Marketing is the only vehicle where I can take anyone who has a passion for their dreams and a passion for what they want, be able to take a network marketing opportunity and fulfill those wishes. "At this point of my life my I know that I am passionate about entrepreneurship and health. That is why he went to Dr. Deepak Chopra of the Chopra Center for well-being and expresses his vision of making Zrii the next Billion Dollar Brand. Bill and Dr. Chopra have been friends for over 25 years and Dr. Chopra told Bill that he wouldn't endorse anything unless he has say in the formulation of the products and have the impeccable quality based in the wisdom of Ayurveda. Hence, Zrii was born. The genesis of a icon was created. We have exclusivity with the Chopra Center for well-being as it has its stamp of approval on every product.

3) Timing

It was once said that they key to financial success is timing. Not only of the company but of the product, and the trends in the industry the product are in.

a) Zrii was founded in 2007 hence, in a life graph of most businesses. The first few years if formulation stage, then it moves into pre-momentum stage when business building is concentrated. That is where Zrii is at. Right before critical mass and momentum.

b) The market trends. In order for business to succeed we must have products geared into a market where there is an ever expanding demand and growth. Paul Zane Pilner said that the next Tillion Dollar industry is goign the the health and wellness industry. The baby-boomers (76 million Americans) who want to look younger, feel better, and live longer. On top of that there is an obesity epidemic in the United States. Over 67% of the Unites States is obese and among 31% are obese which is now one of the leading causes to many ailments, like diabetes, heart disease , hypertension, metabolic syndrome, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

What better time than now to enter a market where it is becoming needed the most.

Zrii And Leadership

One might ask what it takes to be a leader?

Before a leaders is respected and honored ask the questions:

Am I willing to pour my life into others?

John C. Maxwell once said that "leadership is influence" Are you willing to pour your life into someone else in order to impact that person in a way that would maximize his/her true potential?

Am I committed to equipping the organization?

As a leader, do you have the tools necessary to equip the leaders to succeed in their endeavors? It takes one, to know one and are you willing to ask for commitment? Without commitment there can't be no success. Are you growing personally? financially? Are people going to want to follow what they see in you?

Am I effective in the areas that I need to equip?

There is a saying that "what a person can't do, he teaches" I suggest to dismantle that philosophy and be in the game. Meaning, what you do in moderation the organization do in excess. Are you doing what you are teaching and are you doing it effectively?

Building a Zrii business takes effort! It is not pie in the sky thinking! Whether you are going to use the multimedia system, face to face, using the products to use, show, sell and demo. What actions are you creating today that is going to create your success that you deserve?

Marianne Williamson once wrote:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

You deserve a successful Zrii business go and share Zrii to the world.

Ayurveda and Weight Loss

What our ancestors knew about Ayurveda, a health system dating back 5,000 years ago, has been passed down from generation to generation. Its primary message is simple, yet profound: align yourself with the wisdom of nature and you will experience vibrant, glowing health. Incorporating this ancient medicine with modern science is the guiding philosophy behind Zrii.

According to Charaka Samhita, life itself is defined as the "combination of the body, sense organs, mind and soul, the factor responsible for preventing decay and death, which sustains the body over time, and guides the processes of rebirth." And the practice of Ayurveda, which aims to create dynamic balance in all areas of health, is growing in popularity as one of humankind's most ancient systems for sustaining life.

Spearheading this movement are doctors and practitioners whose own undisputed success in helping people reclaim their health using Ayurvedic practices has made them household names. Zrii has taken their recommendations to create products that capture and apply the wisdom of the "science of life."

Zrii has created a revolutionary product in the weight-management industry. Zrii has once again combined the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the best of modern scientific research to create NutriiVeda™, a wholly unique and 100% natural weight management product.

NutriiVeda is the first product of its kind in the industry and identifies proper digestion as its key component for effective weight management and overall health. With the introduction of NutriiVeda, Zrii is continuing to expand the opportunity for people to naturally take charge of their health.

NutriiVeda isn't just about losing weight--it's about a healthy lifestyle. Learn more about NutriiVeda Weight Loss.
